CITARELLA

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Citarella has been providing New Yorkers with the highest quality seafood since 1912.  WIth relationships that span the globe and eight gourmet markets in New York City, the Hamptons, and Connecticut, their enduring success  is not surprising. Citarella launched nationwide delivery of fresh fish in 2015 with a Magento 1 website. However, this website became quickly outdated and other competitors sought to dominate the space.

 Challenge: Citarella knew that they had a far superior product compared to other fish e-commerce competitors, but they needed a platform through which they could achieve national name recognition and become a leader in the seafood industry..

Solution: We led all aspects of discovery, technical scoping, design, and development for the new version of Citarella.com.  The new site stays true to the history and roots of the brand while providing a modern and consistent user experience for customers to view Citarella’s extensive seafood catalog. We focused on ensuring that the site meets the needs of national clientele but is also useful for Citarella’s existing local customers with local delivery and pick-up options. 


 

SEEK NORTH

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Summary: Seek North Kombucha produces premium, organic kombucha in New York State. First appearing in NYC’s famous Dean & Deluca gourmet markets, Seek North is now found in coffee shops, health food stores, and specialty markets throughout the Northeast. Seek North needed a new website that would be flexible to accommodate the quick growth of this young brand. 

Challenge: We had to build a website that highlighted the key elements distinguishing Seek North from other kombucha brands. The site also needed to appeal to consumers and potential retailers alike in a young yet highly competitive market.

Solution: We designed and developed a flexible website geared toward growing with the brand and fulfilling the primary need to ensure that customers are able to find a retailer close to them. A significant part of the website is devoted to the story of the brand and how it continues to unfold and evolve.

 
 

 
 

NOVA OCTO

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Summary: Nova Octo offers high-end clothing rentals from acclaimed luxury evening wear designers. The quality of its offerings clearly stands out in a crowded but increasingly popular fashion rental marketplace.  However, many users found the site’s interface difficult to navigate, and the rental process was unclear. We overhauled the user experience of the category and product pages with an eye toward clarifying the rental model and the steps involved. Collaborating closely with the Nova Octo team, we are scoping a plan to develop a next-generation website. 

 

 

PARTNERSHIP SCHOOLS

PAID DIGITAL MEDIA

Summary: Partnership Schools is a group of groundbreaking private Catholic schools in the Bronx and Harlem offering pre-K through eighth-grade education. However, after several years of declining enrollments and competition from charter schools, it became clear that they needed a new marketing campaign to attract a higher volume of inquiries and applications submissions across all school properties. 

Challenge: Our task was to create a digital marketing campaign that fully portrayed the rigor of their curriculums, the talent of their teachers, and the transformational impact the schools have on their communities.   

Solution:  We created a rigorous geo-targeted digital marketing campaign leveraging the brand’s unique values and propositions.  These campaigns  ran on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.  We created dynamic campaigns targeting various prospective parents, each searching for a different need or solution to their child's education.  We built multiple landing pages, each addressing the specific ad group clicking through.  Each page introduced the Partnership Schools model to prospective parents so that Partnership staff could ensure they moved through the admissions process.  The campaign directly led to over 55,000 ad clicks.

COURT & COVET
ANDREW FABRIKANT

BRANDING / E-COM / WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Summary: Andrew Fabrikant is one of New York City’s leading jewelry buyers and a provider of pre-owned designer luxury jewelry, focusing on well-known brands such as Cartier, Tiffany & Co, and Van Cleef & Arpels. However, Andrew had no online presence and needed a new brand to support the national website. 

Challenge: We had to create a brand and design a website that appealed to sophisticated shoppers looking to purchase luxury items online. We also needed to ensure that visitors to the website felt trust in the authenticity of pieces and  the expertise of the team behind the brand. 

Solution:  We created a new brand, logo, and website that allowed Andrew to sell nationally and internationally. The brand is sexy yet timeless, and the website allows for visitors to quickly find in-depth information about each piece they might be interested in.  Likewise, we prominently featured the expertise of the jewelers on the website.
